Maintenance Tips

5 axis pattern cnc router is a high-precision and high-efficiency machine. Regular maintenance is important to keep its accuracy and extend its lifetime.

A. Daily maintenance be the most basic step (after shutdown):
1. Cleaning: Daily clean the work table after one day work, keep the appearance of the surface of the 5 axis mould cnc router, and prevent dust and debris from entering the equipment.
2. Lubrication: 5 axis mould cnc router adopt auto lubricate system, which will lubricate the various parts of the machine according to the requirements automatically, but need to check the oil level in pump regularly.
3. Inspection: Check the hydraulic and pneumatic system pressures for normal operation and leaks; check the tool integrity and tool magazine for any abnormalities if have the tool magazine.

B. Weekly Maintenance (after shutdown): In addition to daily maintenance, perform a more comprehensive inspection and maintenance.
1. Deep Cleaning: Remove dust from the vacuum pump/dust collector/water chiller and replace filter (depending on the degree of contamination).
2. Component Inspection: Check the spindle for smooth operation and abnormal noise; and check the limit switches on each axis for sensitivity and effectiveness.
3. Tightening: Check all connecting pinion and nuts for looseness, especially those fastening the rack pinion/ ball screw nut/ motor reducer. Tighten them immediately if any looseness is detected.

C. Half-year maintenance (after shutdown): Systematic maintenance in accordance with the manual, focusing on accuracy and main components.
1. Accuracy Inspection: Use tools such as a dial indicator and micrometer to check spindle radial runout, axis accuracy, adjust any deviations promptly.
2. Lubrication System Inspection: Check the condition of the lubricating oil pump and clean the lubricating oil filter. Sample the lubricating oil in components such as the rail block and lubrication parts, inspect it, and replace it if necessary.
3. Electrical System Inspection: Open the electrical cabinet and clean any dust inside. Check that wiring connections are secure and that components such as contactors and relays are free of signs of corrosion.
